I have some exciting news to share...
I'm happy to announce that I'm officially represented by
Marisa and I met two years ago at SCWC when I pitched my book, Nissa: a contemporary fairy tale, to her. It was the worst pitch ever, as I pretty much told her all of the reasons why she wouldn't want to represent me or my book. I walked away in a fog, wondering what the heck just happened, but luckily, I got to talk to her again later that night and we really hit it off. We've been talking on and off ever since, and have finally found the perfect project to work on together. It just goes to show that you never know how the connections you make throughout this journey are going to pay off!
