Special Christmas Interview with Author Melissa Foster

1. What is your favorite Christmas movie? Is there a reason/tradition behind your pick?

The only Christmas movie I watch is The Christmas Story. Wow, that sounds really lame, but it's funny and ridiculous and makes us laugh, so we always watch it. Our big holiday tradition is that we pick a series we haven't seen, buy all the DVDs and watch it over the break from work. It's about the only time I watch television and we get a little gluttonous :-)

2. If you could kiss anyone under the mistletoe, who would it be??? (Significant others not allowed!)

Any of my Bradens, Remingtons, or other heroes! >swoon<!!

3. What was the best, and worst, Christmas you ever had?

Oh gosh. That's really difficult to answer. I'm Jewish, so we didn't celebrate the holiday growing up. The worst was probably every one of those holidays when I longed to celebrate!

The best Christmas? I can't choose one. Our kids are always around for the holiday (hubby is Catholic) so every Christmas is wonderful!

4. What is your favorite thing about Christmas?

Hmm... Would it be bad to say when it hits midnight and I get to eat Santa's cookies? My kids are too old to believe in Santa, but I still celebrate with a little chocolate cookie!

5. Which character that you've written loves Christmas the most? Worst? Why?

I haven't written one that loves Christmas the most out of all of them yet. I guess you'll have to keep reading to find out...

Worst? Who could hate Christmas??? Nope. Haven't written one of those either!

Thanks, Melissa!
